Gialouris House is situated on the peninsula of Kassandra, in the village of Kalithea, perched on a hill surrounded by lush greenery offering an impressive view of the turquoise sea, at a distance of 2.1km from a beach with a long shallow shore and crystal clear turquoise water.
The ground floor house (a few steps above the courtyard level) can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to a flat-screen smart TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen with a four-burner ceramic glass stove, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
