- The minimum stay is nine nights.
- Oceanis Hotel has a certain number of units in the semi-basement. For accommodation units located in the semi-basement, a discount of €20 is granted for all 10 days of stay for double-bed units and €30 for all 10 days of stay for triple-bed units.
- The first and second child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receive a discount of 20€ per shift. The third child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receives a discount of 10€ per shift. The maximum number of discounts for children is three per accommodation unit.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Hotel Oceanis, located just 400 meters from the beautiful Kallithea beach, is an ideal choice for couples, families, and anyone looking for accommodation in the very center of this picturesque resort. Due to its proximity to the center, you can easily enjoy authentic taverns, bars, and shops, while the sandy beach provides a perfect setting for relaxation with crystal-clear seawater.
This hotel offers studios and apartments, located in the semi-basement, ground floor, first or second floor, intended for up to three adults. A studio for two people has a double bed or two single beds, joined or separated. A studio for three people offers three single beds or a combination of a double bed and a single bed. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom can have three single beds or two joined single beds and one additional bed, or a combination of a double bed and a single bed.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi, a TV, as well as a kitchen for preparing light meals with a one- or two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
From the balcony or veranda, furnished with seating, there is a partial view of the sea, yard, or street.
In the yard, guests have at their disposal seating sets as well as a barbecue. The pool located on the property where the hotel is situated is not in use, and the property is not marketed as having a pool.
Guests arrive at clean accommodation and maintain hygiene themselves during their stay. For stays of ten days or more, on the sixth day, a replacement set of towels and linens is provided, which guests change themselves.
One parking space per accommodation unit is provided for hotel guests.
Oceanis Hotel is 3km from Afitos, 16km from Hanioti, and 78km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
