Hotel Description

If you want to spend your vacation in nature (Easter holidays, summer holidays or Christmas), beautifully combined with sea and mountains, you can do it in our accommodation, in traditional village Veliki Kazaviti surrounded by greenery and famous restaurants with a beautiful view, only 6km from the asphalt road leading to the port of Prinos. Our two-storey house is located at the entrance of the lower part of the village, on a quiet and peaceful place, easily accessible from the main road, just 150 meters from the central square of the village. Walnut trees, pines, grapevine and flowers along with the song of birds is a typical traditional atmosphere that promises a unique vacation itself. Our accommodation is a great solution for the ones seeking a quiet and intimate place for vacation, far away from obligations. The house was built in the spirit of traditional architecture with a contemporary approach.

Paved trails are linking the two garden levels where dining table with chairs and sofas is placed and pergola made of grape makes shade. The ground floor of the house has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast and meals. Kitchen is an open plan, with a wooden sofa, fireplace, coffee table and decorative fountain. There is also a bathroom with tub, washing machine and hairdryer.

Independent internal staircase leads to the first floor of the house where three bedrooms and a small toilet with shower is placed. All rooms are entering a 10m long terrace. This balcony has perfectly comfortable seating area and panoramic view to the mountains and sea.

House can accommodate 6-8 people. Maintaining hygiene, in the interior and exterior area, is up to guests. Because of that we offered tools and appliances: vacuum cleaner, mop, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
