Eden Nest Apartment is located in the village of Kallithea, one of the most popular resorts on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 900 meters away from the beautiful sandy beach with numerous bars and 700 meters from the center of the village. This modernly equipped accommodation combines comfort and elegance, providing a perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment at any moment.
The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa for two persons.
The air-conditioned apartment features a TV in each room, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
From the balcony, furnished with a seating set and a swing, there is a view of the surroundings, and for additional pleasure, there is a barbecue available.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. For reservations of four nights or more, a replacement set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for changing them themselves.
A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
