Royal Luxury Apartments represents new and modernly equipped accommodation in Kallithea, located in a quiet part of the town, ideal for families, couples, and friends who want a pleasant and relaxing stay close to the sea. Thanks to its carefully arranged space and contemporary design, it provides guests with comfort and functionality. The beach is 650 m away, while restaurants, cafés, shops, and other facilities in Kallithea are easily accessible, making this accommodation an excellent choice for a carefree summer vacation.
The property offers several different types of accommodation units located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. On the ground floor there are two studios, while one apartment is located on both the first and second floors. The apartments can accommodate up to seven adults, while the studios, depending on the type, are designed for a maximum of two or four adults.
The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom also has a double bed and a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa that can accommodate two people.
The studios consist of a single open space that combines the kitchen, living room, and sleeping area, along with a separate bathroom. They include a double bed and a sofa that can accommodate two children or two adults, depending on the maximum capacity of the unit.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice during the reservation.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, and its use is included in the price. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary elements for preparing meals. Each unit includes two ceramic cooktops, while the apartments have a large refrigerator with a freezer, and the studios have a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. All units are also equipped with a kettle and a microwave oven.
The apartments each have two balconies – a spacious balcony accessible from the living room and an additional balcony connected to the bedroom. One of the studios has a veranda on the ground floor, while the other features a private yard in front of the entrance. Guests also have access to a shared yard with outdoor seating and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing and socializing outdoors.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation units themselves, while towel replacement is available halfway through the stay. Bed linen replacement is not provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge.
Private parking is not available for guests, but parking is possible on the street near the property.
Kallithea offers a variety of options that suit different preferences and interests – quieter parts of the town feature typical Greek houses, while the seaside promenade offers numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops. This resort is also an excellent starting point for exploring the Kassandra peninsula, with beautiful beaches nearby. The charming Afitos (4 km), the popular resorts Hanioti (16 km) and Pefkohori (20 km), as well as Thessaloniki (90 km), are all easily accessible, making Kallithea an ideal base for a diverse holiday.
