Milly Apartments are located in a quiet area of Kallithea, within a well-maintained complex surrounded by greenery, offering guests privacy and a relaxing stay. The accommodation is brand new and modernly equipped, designed for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and contemporary holiday environment. A sandy beach is only 500 m away, while Kallithea, with its natural surroundings, makes an ideal destination for a summer vacation.

The property offers three apartments, situated on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor, with a maximum capacity of four guests each. Every apartment consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. The space has been carefully designed so that every detail contributes to functionality and comfort. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two people, making these apartments suitable for families or small groups of friends.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request with prior notice at the time of booking.

Each accommodation unit is air-conditioned and offers everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay, including free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchens are modern and fully functional, equipped with two ceramic hobs, a large built-in refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a Turkish coffee maker, and a toaster, ensuring a practical and pleasant stay.

Each accommodation unit also has its own outdoor area for relaxation – apartments on the upper floors feature a balcony, while the ground-floor apartment includes a veranda. The balconies and veranda overlook the peaceful greenery of the courtyard, creating a pleasant atmosphere for rest and relaxation. Each balcony or veranda is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or peaceful evening moments.

Pets are not allowed in the property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation units. For stays of eight nights or more, replacement bed linen and towel sets will be provided. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are also available upon request for an extra charge, offering even greater comfort during the holiday.

Private parking is not available for guests, but vehicles can be parked on the street near the property.

Milly Apartments is an excellent choice for a holiday in a peaceful environment, with convenient access to popular destinations around Kassandra. It is located only 11 km from Polychrono and 4 km from Afitos, one of the most beautiful and authentic places in the area. The international airport in Thessaloniki is 77 km away, allowing for easy and convenient access to the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
