The accommodation is an excellent choice for couples and families seeking a pleasant atmosphere, functionality, and comfort during their stay. The apartment is modernly equipped and provides all the necessary amenities for a carefree and enjoyable holiday. Thanks to its convenient location, guests can enjoy peace and quiet while being within a short distance of shops, restaurants, and all the facilities the area has to offer. Kallithea is one of the most popular resorts in Kassandra, known for its lively atmosphere, organized beaches, and a wide range of activities and amenities for visitors. The beach in Kallithea is characterized by crystal-clear waters, fine sand, and organized sections with sunbeds and beach bars, making it ideal for spending the whole day by the sea.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for a maximum of five adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. There is also a possibility of adding an extra bed for one person in the living room.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge and included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.

The accommodation features a balcony equipped with a seating area, accessible from the living room. The balcony offers a view of the street and the surrounding buildings, making it a pleasant spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

Pets are welcome upon prior agreement with the owner and with an additional charge. Upon arrival, guests travelling with pets are required to pay a security deposit as a guarantee against any possible damages. The deposit is fully refunded upon departure, provided that no damage has occurred during the stay.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation, which allows them the flexibility to organize their daily activities according to their own schedule. Cleaning service, as well as a change of bed linen and towels, are available upon request at an additional charge, while regular changes during the stay are not provided.

There is no private parking available, but free parking spaces can be found along the street where the accommodation is located or at the free public parking area, which is 100 meters away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
