Aeolos Studios and Rooms is the accommodation in Tsoukalades. It offers studios and a maisonette for 2-4 people, with great value for money. Facilities include a courtyard, shared barbecue and WiFi internet.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are 350m away. The center of Lefkas and Agios Nikitas are about 6km away and Kaminia beach](https://nikana.gr/en/tourist-guide/lefkada/beaches/3299/kaminia-beach) is about 1,5km away.
The facility has two double studios (16m2) with one double bed. Studio Levantes is more spacious, it has a large fridge, stove with oven and exit to the garden, while studio Maistrali is more suitable for a short stay, it has a small fridge, two hot plates and exit to the garden. There's also one maisonette for four persons (30m2) with one double and two single beds.
All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, television, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven or two hot plates, fridge with freezer and aspirator), mosquito nets, bathroom and a terrace.
Bed linen and towels replacement, as well as and cleaning, is performed every fourth day.
Guests can use a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a shared barbecue. There's no private parking but is easy to find a parking spot in the vicinity, even in the high season.
Enter to Tsoukalades from the direction of Lefkada, then at the Bee cafe take a right towards Kaminia beach. 350m later you will see this accommodation on the right-hand side.
Aeolos Studios and Rooms is an ideal choice for all who use the accommodation as a base to tour the island and do not mind a distance from the beach.

Owners description
Welcome to Lefkada and Aeolos Studios and Rooms. The property is located in the village of Tsoukalades on the northwestern side of the island, 6km from the town of Lefkada, near the village of Agios Nikitas, famous beaches Pefkoulia and Kathisma.
Maistrali is a room for two people with access to the front courtyard where you can relax in a quiet and pleasant environment. Features kitchen (two hotplates), A/C, heater, refrigerator, TV, private bathroom and free WiFi internet.
Levantes is a room for two persons (possibility to add a camp bed) with access to the lush garden where you can enjoy your holiday in a quiet environment. It offers an equipped kitchen, A/C, heater, refrigerator, TV, private bathroom and free WiFi internet.
Ostria is a 4-person apartment (possibility to add a camp bed) with access to the beautiful garden, which showcases a huge oak tree. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (ground floor room and attic) with a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heater, fridge, TV and free WiFi internet.
Aeolos Studios and Rooms is a beautiful house built with the traditional technique of Lefkada and especially decorated. In the front yard, surrounded by various kinds of flowers, you can relax at any time. In the back, the oak tree gives shade and there's a barbecue.
The particular colours, quietness, prompt service and generally pleasant environment are some of the characteristics of the Aeolos which make your stay apart, as opposed to staying in traditional tourist accommodations. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heater, refrigerator, TV, private bathroom and free WiFi internet. It also has private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
