It is located in the semi-basement, which is reached by ten steps, and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while a sofa for two people is available in the living room. A separate bedroom contributes to the functional organization of the space, while the layout of the rooms allows guests a pleasant and comfortable stay during their vacation.

The accommodation is about 77 kilometers from the international airport in Thessaloniki.
