Kalithea Garden Apartment is located in Kalithea, about 550 meters from the beach, in a part of town that offers guests a good balance between a quieter stay and proximity to the amenities for which this resort is known. Thanks to its practical layout, yard, and conveniences that make everyday living easier, the apartment is a good choice for families, couples, or groups who want accommodation in one of the most popular places on Kassandra. The location suits guests who want to be close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and evening activities, while also having a pleasant base for rest after a day on the coast or exploring Halkidiki.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building constructed on sloping terrain and provides a practical space for up to six adults. The central area consists of a living room connected to the kitchen and dining space, allowing guests to spend time together, prepare meals, and relax during the day. Two bedrooms with double beds are available, while the sofa in the living room can serve as an extra bed for two people. With this layout, the apartment is suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends who value practicality, functionality, and well‑used space during their holiday.
A baby crib can be provided on request, making planning easier for parents traveling with infants and eliminating the need to bring extra sleeping equipment.
For a more pleasant stay during warmer days, air conditioning is available, while WiFi ensures daily connectivity, easier travel planning, and remote work if needed. A Smart TV with apps for favorite content offers additional relaxation, especially after a day at the beach or exploring the surroundings. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with two zones, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher, enabling practical meal and drink preparation as well as easier kitchen maintenance. For added convenience, the apartment also has a washing machine and hair dryer, particularly useful for longer stays and guests who want more independence during travel.

Private parking is not available, but guests can use public parking spaces in front of the building or nearby, depending on availability.

- Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
