Relax Dream Villa is a comfortable and pleasant accommodation located in a convenient location between the well-known resorts of Kalithea and Kriopigi, on the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. This property provides its guests with a sense of peace and privacy, while at the same time allowing them to stay just 235 m away from the nearest local beach. The accommodation is 4 km from the center of Kalithea resort and the same distance from Kriopigi.

The property, which is part of a residential complex consisting of a total of 16 tourist properties, consists of two apartments and one studio. One of the apartments, which extends over three levels, including the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor, is intended for the accommodation of five adults and two children. The second apartment, located in the basement, can accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children, while the studio, also located in the basement, is intended for the accommodation of two adults and one child up to ten years of age. It is important to note that the property is built on sloping terrain, so the accommodation units located in the basement are entered at ground-floor level.

The three-level apartment consists of a living room, bathroom and kitchen located on the ground floor, a bedroom located on the mezzanine, as well as a bedroom and bathroom located on the first floor. Guests of this accommodation unit sleep in a double bed and a single sofa bed located in one of the bedrooms, as well as on a double sofa bed located in the other bedroom and in the living room.

The ground-floor apartment contains a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests of this unit sleep in a double bed and a double sofa bed located in one bedroom, while the second bedroom contains two single beds.

The studio consists of a single sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The studio contains a double bed and a single sofa bed.

All three accommodation units are air-conditioned, with one air-conditioning unit in each. Additionally, a fan is available to guests for a pleasant stay during the warm summer days. Access to favorite digital content is ensured by wireless WiFi internet connection and smart TVs – one TV is available in the ground-floor apartment and the studio, while the three-level apartment has two TVs. All accommodation units have a kitchen with four burners and a large oven, as well as a kettle. The kitchens in the apartments are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, while the studio has a smaller refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. All accommodation units have a washing machine, while guests staying in the large apartment also have a dishwasher at their disposal.

In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy a landscaped and fenced yard, ideal for spending time in the fresh air with family and friends during pleasant summer mornings or evenings, equipped with outdoor seating. Additionally, the large apartment has a balcony and two verandas, one of which offers a partial sea view.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Cleaning and linen and towel replacement services are not provided, and during their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation themselves.

Each accommodation unit has one private parking space, which is particularly convenient for guests traveling on holiday with their own vehicle.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
