Luxurious Anna Maria Villa is located in Kryopigi, Chalkidiki and offers two beautiful villas, ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends.
The larger villa consists of five bedrooms and can host up to 12 people. It consists of two French beds, six single beds and one folding sofa for two people and is 300m2 in size.
The smaller villa has one double bed and a sofa for two people and is 65m2 in size. This villa is not available for summer 2024.
The units are air-conditioned, offer free Wi-Fi, TV with satellite channels, windows are secured with mosquito nets, and a free baby cot is available on request.
The kitchen in both villas has a large oven, large fridge with freezer, four hot plates, cooker, toaster, coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher.
In the larger villa there are three bathrooms with a shower and bathtub with a curtain, while in the smaller villa there is a shower with a glass door. Both units have a washing machine.
The large villa has two floors, ground floor and first floor and offers a balcony with a wonderful view of the private pool, nature and the sea.
The small villa has only the ground floor with a veranda and a pool, and is ideal for enjoying the sunset.
The yard is fenced and offers sunbeds by the pool, as well as a well-maintained lawn and a private barbecue. Parking is private within the accommodation.
The guests themselves are responsible for cleanliness, they have an extra set of bed linen and towels at their disposal. For additional cleaning, 80e is charged in the large villa, and 40e in the smaller one.
Pets are allowed with prior agreement, and an additional fee of 100e is charged per pet.
The nearest beach is 300m from the Luxurious Anna Maria Villa.
