Joana Villa is a luxurious villa located in Kriopigi on the eastern coast of Kassandra, 550 meters from the beach. It consists of three levels, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to ten people. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and fully equipped kitchens. Guests can enjoy sea views from the terraces and balconies, and pets are allowed with prior arrangements.
This accommodation unit consists of three levels, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to ten people.
On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a corner sofa and a single bed, an equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the remaining two levels (first floor and attic), there are three more bedrooms, two more equipped kitchens, and two more bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, while the third has a double bed and a couch. The bathrooms have a shower cabin and a bathtub with a glass partition.
