Joana Villa is situated near the small town of Kriopigi on the eastern coast of Kassandra, 550m from the nearest beach and 1.3km from the town center.
The accommodation unit consists of three levels, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms - capable of accommodating up to ten people.
On the first level (on the ground floor), there is a living room with a corner sofa and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
On the remaining two levels (the first floor and the attic), there are three more bedrooms, two more fully equipped kitchens, and two more bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, while the third one has a double bed and a sofa, with bathrooms equipped with a shower cabin and a bathtub with a glass partition.Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation unit, which has independent cooling units on each level, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, mosquito nets, kitchens equipped with a stove with two or four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
During warm summer days, with a view of the garden and the sea, guests can relax on the veranda or balconies furnished with seating sets. Each room has access to a veranda or balcony.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement.

- A deposit of €50 is charged one day before arrival and is returned four days after leaving the accommodation if there was no damage.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

July 22-July 26 4 nights Hello, I need accommodation for 4 families for the specific dates.
