Owner description
Sunny Days Studio & Apartment is located in Limenaria on the island of Thassos, 400m from the beach in the village and less than 1km from Metalia beach, offering accommodation with free WiFi and air conditioning, as well as a garden.
There is one studio for two people and one apartment with two bedrooms suitable for five adults and one child. Both accommodation units are located on the ground floor.
Each unit features a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-ring hob, kettle, coffee maker, dining table, TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The kitchen in the apartment has a large fridge with a freezer, while the studio has a small fridge with a freezer compartment.
Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for hygiene during their stay, and a fresh set of bed linen and towels is provided every third day.
There is no parking available on site, but there is ample parking nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
