Koumaros Villas are amphitheatrically built on a quiet hillside in the area of Loutra Agia Paraskevi, offering unobstructed, elevated views over the Aegean Sea and beautiful Greek sunsets that can be enjoyed in complete privacy. Surrounded by nature, the complex consists of independent, self-contained villas set on private plots ranging from 500 to 1,200 sq.m., creating an ideal setting for relaxed and family-friendly holidays.
The fully furnished villas feature 2 or 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 to 9 guests. Each villa offers a private garden, parking space, spacious terraces with sea views, and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, TV in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, and daily cleaning service are provided. A reception desk operates on site, while additional services such as laundry, breakfast, and airport shuttle can be arranged upon request, ensuring comfort and support throughout the stay.
Spread across three levels, the villas include comfortable living areas, dining spaces, private bathrooms with bathtubs, and outdoor areas with BBQ facilities, sundecks, and shaded corners. The complex also features a small communal swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a playground, and ground chess, offering enjoyable moments for both adults and children.
The famous thermal baths of Agia Paraskevi, along with seaside taverns, bars, and the picturesque small port, are located nearby. The beach is approximately a 5-minute drive or about a 25-minute walk from the property. Thessaloniki Airport is 103 km away. - Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
