Accommodation description

Dimi Sea View Apartment is located about a kilometer from Mola Kalive, a small and quiet seaside town on the west coast of Kassandra, and about 120 meters from the beach. Its location outside the town itself offers guests more peace and privacy, while at the same time easy access to the sea and the facilities needed during their vacation. The proximity to the beach makes it suitable for families and small groups who want to spend most of their days by the sea, while the fact that the accommodation is open all year round allows for a stay outside the main summer season.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building without a lift and offers a functionally organized space that includes a living room connected to the kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of five adults, and the layout of the rooms provides enough space and privacy for families and small groups. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed with a drawer-bed and a folding armchair for another person.

For the youngest guests, a cot can be provided upon request, which makes it easier for parents to organize their trip and contributes to a more practical and pleasant stay with a small child.

Air conditioners are located in the living room and both bedrooms, which allows for pleasant cooling of all the main rooms of the apartment. Guests have access to WiFi internet and a Smart TV in the living room, while the kitchen contains everything needed for regular meal preparation during their stay. It is equipped with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. Additional convenience, especially during longer stays, is provided by a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The apartment has two balconies, which provide guests with a pleasant space for morning coffee, rest, and outdoor relaxation, while one of them offers a side view of the sea. A private electric grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee, so guests can bring their pet on vacation and enjoy moments together without having to be separated from it during the trip.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartments during their stay. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation, and guests are responsible for changing them. After the end of their stay, a cleaning service is mandatory, which is charged additionally, so that the accommodation is always tidy and ready for new guests.

Guests arriving by their own vehicle have access to a private parking space, which contributes to a more practical stay and makes it easier to visit the surrounding beaches and other places on Kassandra.

Mola Kaliva is a small and quiet seaside town on the west coast of Kassandra, between Possidi and Nea Skioni, suitable for guests who value a relaxed atmosphere, natural surroundings, and the absence of large crowds during their vacation. The coast is dominated by fine gravel, while the first few meters of the water are flat stone slabs, followed by a sandy bottom and shallow water. Due to this type of entry into the water, the beach is not among the most suitable for families with small children, but the sea is clean and mostly calm. Along the coast, there are alternating landscaped and more natural areas, and in some places there is natural shade. The more modest tourist offer and calmer rhythm make Mola Kaliva a good choice for guests who want a vacation without intense nightlife, while its location on the western side of the peninsula allows for visiting other places and beaches of Kassandra. The accommodation is about 94 kilometers from the international airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
