Babis Apartments is an accommodation located 1.9km from the famous Kathisma beach, in the northwestern part of Lefkada.

There are four apartments available, with a capacity for up to two adults and two children, situated on the ground floor (a few steps above ground level). It features a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room.

In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, iron and ironing board, toiletries, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom includes a shower cabin.

Guests can enjoy warm summer days, overlooking the mountain, on the enclosed veranda furnished with seating.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linens and towels, is done every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
