Owner description
Babis Apartments is accommodation located 1.9km from the famous Kathisma beach, in the northwestern part of Lefkada.
There are four apartments available, with accommodation capacity for up to two adults and two children, situated on the ground floor (a few steps above the courtyard level). It includes a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room.
In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, an iron and ironing board, toiletries, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower cabin.
Guests can spend warm summer days, with a view of the mountain, on the enclosed veranda furnished with a seating set.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
