Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Hotel Mavridis is located in the center of Nea Flogita, just a few steps from a long sandy beach. It has 27 rooms, capacity for 1-4 persons, and it offers a service on bed and breakfast basis. The hotel also has a clothes shop, a restaurant and a bar, which completes a real seaside vacation.
It was last renovated in 2008.
Market and bakery are located near the hotel, 5m away.
Double rooms (15-18m2) have one double or two single beds. The hotel has seven triple rooms (20m2) with one double and a single bed or three single beds. Family rooms (25m2) consist of two bedrooms with one double and two single beds. A drawer bed is used as an auxiliary bed, pulled out and raised to the height of the second bed.
The rooms are air-conditioned, have a large terrace (on the side of the hotel there are awnings), TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, mini bar, electric kettle, safe deposit box and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Laundry service is free of charge.
Three double rooms have a direct sea view, while four rooms have a side sea view.
There's also an elevator and a ramp available, to facilitate the accommodation of people with disabilities, with the note that the bathroom has a smaller dimension.
Beach umbrellas and beach chairs are available with an ordered drink or meal.
Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are replaced after two and bed linen after three days.
Private parking is not provided, so guests park close by.
Hotel Mavridis is a good choice for all who want to be located in an ideal location near the beach, in a facility that reflects the purity, courtesy and professionalism of the service staff.
