Accommodation description

Matazz Apartments is an accommodation located just 100m away from the beach and the center of Nea Flogita, where bakeries, butchers, shops, and other tourist facilities can be found.

The accommodation offers two spacious apartments (68m2), each consisting of three rooms. Each apartment includes a living room with a kitchen-dining area, two bedrooms accessed through two corridors, a front terrace with a private entrance. One bedroom has one double and two bunk beds, while the other bedroom has one double and one single bed.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances including a built-in oven, a built-in flat cooking surface, a large fridge with a freezer, an extractor hood, and a coffee maker.

Guests have access to two air conditioning units, Wi-Fi internet, and a television.

Parking for guests is not provided within the property itself, but parking is available in the surrounding streets close to the accommodation, depending on the availability of free spaces.

During their stay, guests are responsible for the hygiene of the apartment. Bed linen and towels are changed, and apartment cleaning is done upon request. Additional cleaning is possible by arrangement and for an extra charge.

Small pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owner.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
