Owner description
Grand Wave Luxury Suites is an accommodation located in Nea Flogita, at a distance of 130m from the sea. These are three newly built maisonettes.
Each of the maisonettes is located on the first and second floor. There is one common entrance for each studio.
Two of the three maisonettes have a sofa bed on the first level for one adult or two children up to 10 years old. On the next level they have one double bed and one sofa bed. It is possible to add a ranch bed.
The third maisonette also has a sofa bed on the first level, while on the second level it has a sofa bed for a child up to 15 years old and a double bed. It is also possible to add one ranch bed to this maisonette.
All maisonettes are located on the first and second floors and have separate balconies with sea views. Some have a side view of the sea, and some have a direct view. There is also a large shared terrace. Maisonette No. 3 has an additional balcony in the attic. None of them have spaces separated by doors. Everything is one common space, separated only by stairs.
All units have one air conditioner on each level, WiFi, TV, mosquito nets. The kitchen has two hotplates, a coffee machine, a toaster, a large refrigerator with a freezer.
Each bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer.
Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every three nights and is included in the price.
Pets up to 2 kg are allowed.
Parking is on the street and the place is secured.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable.
