Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Grand Wave Luxury Suites is a brand new, modern accommodation located just a few minutes' walk from the sandy beach in Nea Flogita.
There are three spacious maisonettes available for up to five people. Each maisonette is spread over two levels.
Two maisonettes offer a living room with a sofa bed on the lower level, suitable for one adult or a child up to 10 years old. On the upper level, there is a double bed and an additional sofa bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed.
The third maisonette on the ground floor has a sofa bed, while on the upper floor, there is a double bed and a folding armchair for a child up to 15 years old. Here too, an extra bed can be added.
All units feature a fully equipped kitchen (two hot plates, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and toaster), a bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: air conditioning on every level, Wi-Fi, TV, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. A cot is available upon request.
Cleaning, towel, and linen change are done every five days.
Small pets up to 2 kg are allowed to stay.
Guests can park on the street, usually with enough space, but the accommodation does not have a private parking area.
