Description
Apartment MIA is a family-friendly and excellently equipped duplex apartment on the ground floor, only 60m away from the beach in Nea Flogita. It is ideal for families and can accommodate up to six people. It is rented per shifts of 7 or 10 nights.
Only 20m away is the first tavern - a grill house, while the first market is at 50m (a bakery at 100m).
The apartment (47m2, plus a 12m2 veranda) is air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen with a large stove and a fridge with a freezer (a toaster and a coffee mixer are also available), IP TV, mosquito nets and internet. You enter the living room (where two people can sleep on a sofa with a metal frame) with a kitchen (the kitchen elements are next to the doors leading to the interior of the building, but are not in use and are closed). On the left are two bedrooms - one with two single beds (facing the street), and the other with a double bed (this room has a window "facing" the interior of the building, or the owner's storage room, with a mosquito net on it and it can be opened for ventilation - this room does not have natural light). Between the rooms there is a bathroom with an enclosed shower cabin and a curtain. Guests also have a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The apartment has a spacious, enclosed and secured veranda with iron bars, offering a sea side view.
During their stay, guests are responsible for the hygiene of the unit. A clean set of bed linen and towels is provided.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
There is no private parking, so guests usually park in front of or across from the apartment.

Bookings
- A damage deposit of 100€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in advance. It will be returned upon check-out,
after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
