Anastasia Luxury Suites is the perfect choice for families, couples, and groups of friends seeking comfortable and elegant accommodation in a peaceful setting. Located in Nea Flogita, on the Kassandra Peninsula, this property is just 120 meters from the sandy beach and 300 meters from the central square, making it an ideal location for relaxation and exploration.

The property offers three apartments located in a four-story residential building without an elevator.

On the ground floor, there is a two-bedroom apartment called Elisa Luxury Suite, which can accommodate up to six adults. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the living room with a kitchen features a sofa that can sleep two people.

On the second floor, there are two apartments. Zeus Luxury Suite is a two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to five adults and one child. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two joined single beds, and the living room offers a sofa for two people.

Fenia Family Apartment is designed to accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the living room includes two single sofas.

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request and free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, offers free WiFi internet access, a smart TV with the Netflix streaming platform, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring two or four ceramic cooktops, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartments on the second floor are additionally equipped with a microwave oven, while Zeus Luxury Suite also includes a dishwasher.

Depending on the floor, guests can enjoy two balconies furnished with outdoor seating sets or a fenced veranda, both ideal for relaxation.

Pets are allowed upon request and at an additional charge.

Guests arrive at a clean accommodation unit and are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or longer, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for changing them themselves. A mandatory cleaning fee applies to all reservations.

Parking is available in front of the building or on nearby streets.

The accommodation is excellent. Everything you need is provided in the apartment. It feels like home. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is great, and the hosts are kind and welcoming. I’m truly delighted, and I would recommend it to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment; everything was splendid! The location is fantastic, and the apartment is exceptionally well-furnished. However, I must mention that the sofa bed in the living room ought to be replaced, especially considering the substantial amount the landlord charges for accommodation and the fact that this apartment is marketed as a luxury property. Our youngest child slept there, and it was exceedingly uncomfortable and in disrepair, with noticeable "holes" in the bed, making it very, very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Because of this, the price should certainly be reduced.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
