Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Anastasia Luxury Suites is the perfect choice for families, couples, and groups of friends seeking comfortable and elegant accommodation in a peaceful setting. Located in Nea Flogita, on the Kassandra Peninsula, this property is just 120 meters from the sandy beach and 300 meters from the central square, making it an ideal location for relaxation and exploration.
The property is housed in a four-story building without an elevator, and it offers four apartments designed to accommodate four to six people.
On the ground floor, there are two two-bedroom apartments, Diana Luxury Suite and Elisa Luxury Suite, which can host up to six people. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the living room with a kitchen includes a sofa bed for two.
On the first floor, you’ll find the Orfeas Luxury Suite, a one-bedroom apartment designed for up to four people. The bedroom contains a double bed, and the living room with a kitchen offers a sofa bed for two.
On the second floor, there is the Zeus Luxury Suite, an apartment with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to five people. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
On request, and at no extra charge, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.
These air-conditioned apartments, with independent air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms, offer free WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix streaming, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove (either two or four ceramic rings), a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The Zeus Luxury Suite is the only unit with a microwave oven, and it is also the only apartment featuring a glass shower cabin, while the other units have a built-in shower tub.
Guests can enjoy the surroundings on a furnished, enclosed veranda or balcony, depending on the floor.
Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests will enter clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. For reservations of seven or more nights, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available, with guests responsible for changing them. There is an obligatory cleaning fee for all bookings.
Guests can park in front of the building or in nearby streets.
Anastasia Luxury Suites is located 46 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki, 1.3 km from Nea Plagia, and 9 km from Nea Moudania.
