Anastasia Luxury Suites is the perfect choice for families, couples, and groups of friends seeking comfortable and elegant accommodation in a peaceful setting. Located in Nea Flogita, on the Kassandra Peninsula, this property is just 120 meters from the sandy beach and 300 meters from the central square, making it an ideal location for relaxation and exploration.

There are two apartments available in a four-story residential building without an elevator.

On the ground floor, there is a two-bedroom apartment named Elisa Luxury Suite, which can accommodate up to six adults. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the living room with kitchen includes a sofa for two persons.

On the second floor, there is Zeus Luxury Suite, an apartment consisting of two bedrooms that can accommodate up to five adults and one child. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds joined together, and the living room features a sofa for two persons.

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request and free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, offers free WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix streaming platform, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two or four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment on the second floor is additionally equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave.

Depending on the floor, guests can enjoy two balconies equipped with outdoor seating furniture or a fenced veranda, ideal for relaxation.

Pets are allowed upon request and at an additional charge.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for changing them. A mandatory cleaning fee applies to all reservations.

Parking is available in front of the building or in the nearby streets.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
