Owner description
Xenius Zeus Luxury Suites is located in the town of Nea Flogita, on the Kassandra peninsula, 120m from the sandy beach and 300m from the central square.
Within a four-storey residential building without a lift, there are four apartments designed to accommodate four to six people.
On the ground floor, there are two apartments with two bedrooms called Diana Luxury Suite and Elisa Luxury Suite, capable of hosting up to six people. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the living room with a kitchen includes a sofa for two.
On the first floor, you will find the Orfeas Luxury Suite, a one-bedroom apartment designed to accommodate up to four people. The bedroom features a double bed and the living room with a kitchen has a sofa for two.
The Zeus Luxury Suite is located on the second floor, consisting of two bedrooms and able to accommodate up to five people. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two joined single beds and the living room has a sofa for two.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided.
These air-conditioned apartments, each equipped with an independent cooling unit in both the living room and the bedrooms, offer guests free WiFi internet, a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix streaming platform, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and a kitchen equipped with a flat stovetop with two or four glass-ceramic burners, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, while a microwave is available only in Zeus Luxury Suite. Zeus Luxury Suite features a glass shower cabin in the bathroom, while the other units have a built-in shower tub.
Depending on the floor level of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy on a private veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests to change themselves. For all reservations there is a mandatory cleaning fee.
Parking is available in front of the building or in nearby streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
