Theofanidou Apartments in Nea Flogita are located in an excellent spot, close to the sea and all the amenities needed for a pleasant holiday. The accommodation units are neat, comfortable, and equipped for longer stays. The location is ideal for families with children, thanks to the long sandy beach with a gradual depth and clean, clear water. Nea Flogita offers a beautiful seaside promenade, well-maintained parks, and a rich row of palm trees that enhance the atmosphere. The proximity to Kassandra and Sithonia makes this accommodation a great base for day trips and exploring nearby destinations.
There are two one-bedroom apartments available. Each includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The apartment on the second floor is suitable for up to five adults. It features a double bed in the bedroom, and two single beds plus a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment on the third floor accommodates up to six adults. The bedroom includes a double bed and two single beds, while the living room has two sofa beds.
A baby cot is available on request and is included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, iron and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, large oven, full-size fridge with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
