Lighthouse Villa is in the resort of Flogita, Halkidiki, in a quiet location surrounded by olive groves and lush greenery. It is 1.4 km away from the beach and 1 km from the resort center, which provides guests with a perfect balance of privacy and proximity to all amenities. This villa presents an ideal environment for a relaxing vacation, away from the city crowd, with peace and quiet that you will remember for a long time and to which you will gladly return.

The object consists of three apartments, each decorated with special attention to detail and in a unique style. The apartments are spread over different levels of the building - one on the ground floor, one on the first floor and one in the attic, while each can accommodate up to five adults, which makes them ideal for families and smaller groups who want a comfortable and functional stay.

All three apartments consist of a living room, a kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other there are two beds for one person, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon guests’ request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

All three apartments are air-conditioned, and the air conditioners are positioned in the living room. During their stay, guests have at their disposal a WiFi internet connection and a smart TV, ensuring the availability of all digital content. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for preparing meals and contains a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. A microwave is provided in the apartment located on the ground floor. The guests of all apartments have a washing machine and a hair dryer at their disposal.

Depending on the floor that the apartment is located on, guests can enjoy themselves on the balconies or on the porch. In addition, the accommodation has a well-maintained, fenced yard that is shared by all three accommodation units. The yard is equipped with seating furniture and presents an ideal place to relax in the fresh air, during both pleasant summer mornings or evenings.

It is not possible to stay with pets in this facility.

Cleaning and bed linen and towel change services are not provided, but there is the possibility of providing these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the cleanliness of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves.

The guests of this accommodation are provided with one private parking space per apartment, which is especially convenient for those who are used to traveling on vacation by their own vehicles.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
