Description
Andreas Elegant Apartments are located in Nea Fokea, at a distance of 600m from the beach of the same name. These are two apartments located on the upper ground floor.
The apartments are separated by an internal door, and for this reason, if a group of guests comes together, the apartments can be one unit and therefore guests could stay together.
The first apartment is intended for two people, there is a double bed in the bedroom. There is also a living room, as well as a kitchen. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
The second apartment, which can accommodate six people, has two bedrooms. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, while in the second there is a bunk bed intended for two children. In the living room there is one sofa bed designed for two children or one adult. In this apartment there is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.
All rooms are air-conditioned, have Wi-Fi and mosquito nets. Both apartments have a separate kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, a large four-burner oven. There is also a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine in both apartments.
On the large veranda there are two tables with chairs and an outdoor shower.
The guests take care of cleaning the accommodation units themselves, the cleaning products are available, and there is also a vacuum cleaner in the large apartment. A clean set of bed linen and towels is provided upon entering the apartments, and there is also an additional set that guests change themselves.
The apartments are entered with a code, and during the later stay with the help of a card.
Parking can be found on the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
