Our description
Oasis Lodge is located in the village of Geoponika, 6km from Nea Kallikratia (at the intersection of 15η Οδος and Χρυσου Ευελπιδου streets). It is a spacious duplex apartment, ideal for two families (up to nine people). The accommodation is surrounded by a large fenced yard, greenery and shade, which in addition to privacy and location, promises a peaceful family vacation. Guests are welcome throughout the year.
There is a path to the beach, it takes about seven minutes on foot (about 400m). The beach is sandy with gravel, it has a shallow and is great for children.
The nearest bakery is also seven minutes on foot or two minutes by car, while the nearest restaurant is 200m away. The center is about 4km away.
The apartment (107m2) is located on the second floor and has a sea view from afar. It has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, large fridge with freezer), large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and pantry.
It is air conditioned, has internet signal and TV.
The house offers a large and fully equipped kitchen, large living room, two large bedrooms, bathroom and WC. Bedrooms have one double and two single beds, while in the living room there are three sofa beds for five people to sleep.
There are four sofas in the living room (two of them fold out). The first bedroom has two single beds, while the second has one double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is located next to the toilet.
The house is in good condition, although the furniture is slightly older.

Studio is located in the basement, it is very airy, and there are five single beds. It can host four adults and a maximum of five people, so it is also suitable for a family with three children. It is a studio, there is no door that separates the space where the beds are located. Next to the area where the beds are located, there is also a kitchen where there is a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a large oven with four burners.
Air conditioning (except in the unit located in the basement), WiFi internet, TV and washing machine, as well as mosquito nets are available to the guests.
Guests are responsible for cleaning and bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels.
Private parking is not provided, but you will easily find a parking space near the house.
In the yard there are a shower and a hose.
If you are planning a vacation with another family of friends and want to spend it together in a quiet location, away from the daily crowd of the city, Marina House might be a good choice. The accommodation is recommended for less demanding guests.

Oasis Lodge (107m2) is a rental summer residence on the second floor of a 2-storey building in the village of Geoponika, 6km after Nea Kallikratia, on the road Thessaloniki - Nea Moudania. The house is located on a plot of 500m2 with lawn and gazebo, in the area famous for its green environment. It's at about 700m from the beach.
The apartment offers a large and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. The bedrooms have one double (queen) or two single beds, while the living room has three sofas where up to five people can sleep.
The studio is located in the basement, very airy, and has five single beds. It can accommodate four adults and up to five people, making it suitable for a family with three children. It is a studio with no doors separating the space where the beds are located. In addition to the sleeping area, there is a kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer and a large oven with four burners.
Air conditioning (except in the unit located in the basement), WiFi internet, TV and washing machine, as well as mosquito nets are available to the guests.
Guests are responsible for their own cleaning, and bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels.
In Geoponika, there is a mini-market and night guard (guard patrol). In Nea Kallikratia you can find large supermarkets, entertainment center, taverns and other shops. Nea Kallikratia is at about 35km from Thessaloniki Airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

U vili Oasis Lodge smo boravili od 15. do 22. juna 2024. sa dvoje male dece. Prvobitno smo rezervisali prvi sprat, da bi nam malo pre polaska javili da zbog havarije sa cevima mogu da nam ponude boravak u suterenu uz umanjenje cene ili povracaj depozita. S obzirom na to da smo se vec pripremali za odmor u tom mestu i bilo je par dana pred polazak, pristali smo na to sto je ponudjeno. Suteren je ogroman, sa 6 lezaja, ok opremljenom kuhinjom i dva toaleta. Klima nema ali nije bila ni potrebna, bar ne za period u kom smo bili. Dvoriste je lepo uredjeno mada ga nismo koristili. Auto smo parkirali pored kuce i uvek je imalo mesta. Ono sto nam je najvise odgovaralo i sto je veliki plus jeste lokacija. Vila je smestena u selu Geoponika nadomak Nea Kalikratije, na 5 min od plaze. Vrlo mirna ulica, i dosta bezbedna. Vlasnica vile koja nas je kontaktirala bila je vrlo ljubazna, a docekali su nas njen brat i snaja koji su bili vrlo predusretljivi i ljubazni. Sve u svemu, pozitivni utisci. Vrlo pristojan smestaj, sa svim sto je neophodno.

Vratili smo se sa mora i evo da ostavim za buduce korisnike par crta. Sto se samog smestaja tice, veoma smo zadovoljni opremljenoscu apartmana. Nije kao sto su mnogi navikli na low cost opcije gde imate sve natrpano u jednom sobicku, 2 odvojene spavace sobe, jedna sa bracnim krevetom, a druga doduse decija soba sa manjim krevetima koji su za manje osobe idealni, ako ste neko od 1.90 i 100+ kila bolji odabir za spavanje ce biti u dnevnom boravku na 2 kreveta/troseda (pomocni lezaj?) koji se rasklapaju ali ujedino im je i mana sto su duseci propali pa ocekujte da ustajete ukoceni. (ne moze i jare i pare na zalost ali za ovu cenu je sasvim korektno sve) Kuhinja kompletno opremljena, mozete da kuvate normalno (sporet i rerna) nije klasicni reso na kome mozete samo virsle i jaja da napravite. Tanjiri, posudje, kasike viljuske nozevi sve imate. Obezbedjeni su vam peskiri i presvlake tako da znate da ne morate mnogo da nosite sve mozete tamo da koristite i sto se higijene tice to je cista 10ka. Kupatilo (lux ako mene pitate). Imate kadu da se gospodski lickate, ves masinu da perete ves po potrebi i bojler koji se u roku od pola sata napuni pa imate toplu vodu. (pali se na osiguracima - prvi sa leve strane, i ne zaboravite da ga gasite ako ne zelite da se desi ono najgore!) Dnevni boravak. Televizor koji doduse nismo koristili (a i ja sam uspeo da pocupam slucajno jedan kablic tako da ako planirate da nosite lap top i da kacite na TV video sam da ima DVI-D beli ulaz ili DVI-I (jedan od ta 2 sad ne secam se tacno)sto se gledanja samog tv-a tice ako ne rade kanali znate koga da krivite :) ) Terasa je ugaona i ima lep prostor za jutarnje sedenje i pijuckanje kafe za razbudjivanje sa pogledom na more. (vidi se dovoljno za uzivanje) Struje vetrova obezbedjuju lepu promajicu kad se sve otvori tako da nismo imali potrebu klimu mnogo da palimo (svega 3 4 puta za 10 dana) I posuda u koju se sliva kondenzovana voda se brzo napuni pa curka na slivnik te moze u nekom momentu da se oklizne neko ako se ne isprazni (vodite i o tome racuna i redovno prazniti) Plaze koje su u lokaciji blizu smestaja. Prva plaza (divlja) gde sami nosite asure i suncobrane nije nesto bog zna sta, svuda je sitan pesak ali pri ulazu u vodu je sitno kamenje nekih 2 3 metra i onda ide pesak. Kafic ALOHA je za preporuku jer ne naplacuju lezaljke ali imaju neku foru da je minimum porudzbina 2.5e ali pritom mora 10 da se potrosi (nije ni nama bilo jasno al ispadne da su lezaljke free al ipak naplate malo) Dalji kafici su rasulo, poslednji u tom nizu ima veoma prljavu plazu i raznih gluposti koje ce vam izubijati tabane tako da vam ne preporucujem da tamo idete. I kelnreri imaju nevidjeno tupav sistem naplate. Jedan uzima porudzbinu, drugi donosi, treci naplacuje gde na kraju vas zaborave pa mozete da uvatite straftu bez placanja. (pro tip?) Gradska plaza u Nea Kalikratiji veoma prljava voda (bar u nasem periodu boravka) talasi su dizali travu i alge i voda je na nivou save i dunava (ne ade ciganlije) koliko je zaprljana. Sahara resort je za preporuku, nekih 10ak kilometara ka desnoj strani (suprotno od prstiju) ogroman komplex, preko 1000 lezaljki, voda je savrsena i cista i za uzivanje je. Sa druge strane kada se ide ka prstima sve plaze u svim delovima su manje vise iste (nista posebno) Tako da odavde ste povezani sa brzim izlaskom na autoput tako da mozete brzo da stignete do prvog i drugog prsta gde vam preporucujem da idete obavezno i da istrazujete oblast. Nadam se da sam sve pokrio pa ko bude isao zelim vam lep provod i odmor kao sto je nama bio samo sa malim heads'up-om da znate gde sta i kako. Sve najbolje. :)
