Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The apartment (35m2) is located on the first floor. It is five minutes away from the central beach (350m).
It consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a comfortable terrace.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (for a couple - parents) and a special structure with two single beds on the floor, which, depending on the number of children and use, can be closed and folded into the wall, in order to use the free space. This room has air conditioning and android television with Serbian channels. There is also a wardrobe with sliding doors and drawers for clothes.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, towels (for showering, not for the beach) and a hair dryer.In the kitchen there is a dining table, a refrigerator with a freezer in the upper part, a stove with an oven and a hood, necessary utensils (plates, forks, spoons), a toaster, a kettle.
There is a table and four chairs on the terrace, as well as an electric grill where you can make your favorite barbecue.
The apartment also has an iron and an ironing board, as well as a solar water heater for hot water. It also has WiFi internet.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as changing bed linen and towels, which can be obtained upon prior request and agreement with the owner.
Guests park on the street. A guaranteed parking space is not provided.
