Description
The apartment (35m2) is located on the first floor. It is five minutes away from the central beach (350m). It consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and comfortable terrace.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (for a couple - parents) and a special construction with two single beds upstairs, which depending on the number of children and use, can be closed and folded into the wall, in order to use the free space. This room has air conditioning and android TV with serbian channels. There is also a wardrobe with sliding doors and drawers for clothes.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels (for showering, not the beach) and a hair dryer.
In the kitchen there is a dining table, refrigerator with freezer in the upper part, stove with oven and aspirator, necessary utensils (plates, forks, spoons), toaster, kettle.
On the terrace there are one hundred and four chairs, as well as an electric grill where you can make your favorite grill.
The apartment also has an iron and ironing board, as well as a solar hot water boiler. It also has WiFi internet.
Guests park on the street.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
