Hotel Description

Apartment Bonaca is located in a quiet part of Nea Kalikratija, 50m from the free beach (the second row of villas from the sea), and some 250-300m from the city beach. It is located on the second of three floors, it is quite bright and spacious. The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom and a terrace around the entire apartment with a view of the sea and the city beach. The size of the apartment is 40m2, the terrace is 18m2. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there are three folding beds (all with a wire core, comfortable). The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and all things and sanitary facilities are new. It has air conditioning (included in the rental price), wifi, Total TV with Serbian channels, carpentry with mosquito nets, washing machine. Guests receive a double set of bed linen and towels (large and small) for each individual, and they maintain their own hygiene during their stay. They also have a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board at their disposal. The apartment is not pet friendly. The car park is located in the street in front of the building where, even in the peak season, there are always free spaces.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
