The offer includes two apartments located in the same building, each consisting of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The apartment on the first floor is suitable for up to five adults and features a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two people. The apartment on the second floor can accommodate up to three adults and two children. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two people and a single bed.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, satellite TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle and toaster. One apartment has two cooking hobs and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the other apartment features a stove with four hobs, a large oven, and a large fridge with a freezer.

Guests can enjoy a private balcony equipped with outdoor seating furniture, providing a pleasant space for relaxation throughout the day. The balcony also offers a partial sea view, further enhancing the relaxing holiday atmosphere.

A beautiful apartment with top-notch cleanliness, located in a peaceful area with a view of the sea. The hosts are wonderful people. We returned from there today, and I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Working with Nikanom was flawless. Communication was nearly instant, and everything agreed upon was honored. As for the apartment, what is visible in the photos was faithfully represented. We had everything a family needs in a single accommodation, even conveniences like a washing machine and Total TV with Serbian channels, which we are not used to. What we seek in every apartment is a terrace, and this one is truly the most spacious we have stayed in, with a view of the sea that added extra pleasure as we sipped coffee. I must mention the very courteous attitude of the friendly host, who greeted us and helped us settle in and with everything we needed. All in all, we had a wonderful time and are very satisfied with both our cooperation with Nikanom and the apartment. We hope for continued collaboration next year.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
