The apartment has a view of the city. It is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Intended for the stay of six adults and one child. It has three bedrooms and a living room with kitchen and dining room, as well as a bathroom. In one bedroom of this apartment there is a double bed, in the second there are two beds for one person, in the third bedroom there is a bed for one person and a drawer bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning (only in the living room), flat screen TV, WiFi internet, hair dryer, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a large stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and a kettle.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
