Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Poseidon's Balcony By Infinity Apartment is located at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, in one of the closest resorts to Thessaloniki, Nea Kalikratia, just 20m away from the sandy beach. Comfortable and modernly furnished accommodation with a direct view of the sea provides a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment at any moment.
Apartment is situated on the third floor of a building with an elevator, capable of accommodating up to four adults and two children. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other bedroom includes a double bed and a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a large oven, and a big fridge with a freezer.
From the balcony, furnished with seating, a direct view of the sea can be enjoyed.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every five days. Cleaning service is available at an additional cost.
There is no private parking, but free parking spots can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
