Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Thoma's Seaside Studios is a neat and pleasant accommodation located in Nea Kalikratia, in an excellent location close to the sea and all important amenities. It is ideal for a complete summer holiday, offering everything needed for a comfortable and fulfilling stay. The beach in Nea Kalikratia is wide, long, and sandy, with a gradual depth and shallow waters suitable for children, and is equipped with showers and changing cabins. Along the beach stretches a promenade filled with bars, restaurants, cafés, and beautifully arranged gardens, adding to the lively atmosphere of the town. One of the biggest advantages of this destination is its proximity to Thessaloniki, just a thirty-minute drive away, perfect for shopping, walking, and visiting cultural and historical sites.
Triple and quadruple studios are available, located on a raised ground floor. Each unit includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The triple studios are suitable for two adults and one child and include a double bed and a sofa. The quadruple studios are suitable for two adults and two children and include a double bed and a sofa bed for two children.
A baby cot is available on request and included in the price.
