PI Luxury Apartments presents a new and modernly equipped accommodation in Nea Kalikratia, located just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. What distinguishes this accommodation is the combination of contemporary design, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere, as well as hosts who warmly welcome guests and make each stay even more beautiful and special with their warm hospitality. Thanks to its excellent location and attention to detail, this accommodation is an excellent choice for a carefree and relaxing vacation.

The property has seven accommodation units and is located in a new building with an elevator. The accommodation units are distributed on the ground floor and the first three floors, and thanks to the elevator, access to all units is easy and practical.

The studios consist of a unique space that combines the kitchen and the living room, which also serves as a sleeping area, as well as a separate bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a double bed and a sofa for two children. The apartments consist of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, equipped with a double bed and a sofa for two people, with the possibility of adding a fifth bed for an adult upon request and for an additional fee, providing extra flexibility and comfort during the stay.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi internet and a Smart TV with Netflix content. The kitchens are modernly equipped and contain a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a large oven, and two ceramic hobs. Guests also have access to additional kitchen appliances such as a microwave (except in the ground floor apartment), a coffee maker, and a toaster. For even greater comfort during the vacation, each accommodation unit also has a hairdryer and a washing machine.

Depending on the floor level, the accommodation units have a balcony or a fenced veranda with seating. Within the property, there is a fenced yard with a play area, where guests can enjoy a slide, trampoline, and additional children’s facilities.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price, with prior notice at the time of booking.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Guests have access to private parking with a limited number of spaces. There are eight parking spaces in the property’s yard. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, availability should be checked at the time of booking.

During their stay, guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation unit. For stays longer than eight days, an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided halfway through the stay. Additional cleaning is available for an extra charge.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
