PI Luxury Apartments is a new and modernly equipped accommodation in Nea Kallikratia, located just 100 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. It offers functionally designed studios and apartments situated in a newly built building with an elevator. The property offers a total of seven accommodation units – studios and apartments – located on the ground floor and one of three upper floors. Thanks to the elevator, access to all units is simple and convenient. The accommodation units are designed for four to five guests, making them an excellent choice for families and small groups of friends. The studios consist of a single open space combining a kitchen and living area, which also serves as a sleeping area, as well as a separate bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a double bed and a sofa for two children. The apartments consist of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, and are equipped with a double bed and a sofa for two people, with the possibility of adding a fifth bed for an adult upon request and for an additional fee, providing extra flexibility and comfort during the stay.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the price. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi internet and a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix for additional entertainment and enjoyment during their stay. The kitchens are modern and very well equipped with all necessary appliances for meal preparation, including a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a large oven, and two ceramic cooktops. Additional kitchen appliances available to guests include a microwave oven (except in the ground-floor apartment), a coffee machine, and a toaster. For even greater comfort during the stay, each unit is also equipped with a hairdryer and a washing machine.

Each accommodation unit, depending on its floor level, has either a private balcony or a fenced veranda, carefully arranged as a pleasant corner for rest and relaxation. Every balcony and veranda features comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or pleasant evening moments. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts is further reflected in the attention given to younger guests, who have access to a fenced courtyard with a play area that includes a slide, trampoline, and additional entertainment facilities. While children enjoy carefree play, parents can relax in a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.

Pets are not allowed in the property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation units. For stays longer than eight days, an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided halfway through the stay. For guests who wish to spend more time relaxing, additional cleaning services are available for an extra charge.

Guests have access to private parking with a limited number of spaces. The property offers six parking spaces within the courtyard and two additional spaces located directly in front of the building.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
