M Apartments is located in Nea Kallikratia and offers several accommodation units distributed across two buildings about 160 meters apart. Some units are in the building situated in the first row to the sea, just 60 meters from a small natural cove suitable for daily swimming and relaxation by the shore, while the organized town beach, known for its wide sandy stretch and rich amenities, is about 300 meters away. The remaining units are in the second building, about 450 meters from the town beach. Thanks to its proximity to the sea, good access to all important facilities in town, and a variety of accommodation options, this property is a good choice for couples, families, and small groups seeking a relaxed holiday in one of Halkidiki’s most popular resorts.

Two apartments are located in the building in the first row to the sea. Both are on the third floor, accessible by stairs since the building has no elevator, and are designed for up to four adults. They consist of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed for two people.

The remaining units are in the second building and also accommodate up to four adults. Guests can choose between one‑bedroom apartments and studios arranged as open‑plan spaces for living and sleeping. Apartments include a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while studios feature a kitchenette and private bathroom within a single room. All units have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. Units are located on the ground floor and upper floors, accessible by elevator.

All units are equipped with amenities for a pleasant and functional holiday. Air conditioning ensures comfort during hot summer days, while wireless internet and TV provide information, entertainment, and relaxation. Kitchenettes are suitable for preparing light meals and include a coffee maker, frappe mixer, kettle, and toaster. Apartments in the first‑row building additionally have a microwave and ceramic hob with two cooking zones, while other units feature induction cooktops. A hair dryer and iron are available in all units, while apartments in the first‑row building also include a washing machine, adding convenience for longer stays.

All units have outdoor spaces in the form of balconies or verandas furnished with seating. Depending on the floor and position, they offer direct, side, or partial sea views, as well as views of the yard or surrounding streets, providing guests with pleasant areas for relaxation.

Pets are not allowed, ensuring high hygiene standards, tidiness, and a pleasant environment for all guests.

During their stay, guests maintain the cleanliness of the units themselves. For stays longer than ten days, additional sets of bed linen and towels are provided in the unit, allowing guests to manage replacements as needed. For shorter stays, extra sets are not included.

The property does not have guaranteed parking spaces, but guests can park on public areas near both buildings and in surrounding streets, depending on availability.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
