Alia Apartment is a functional and pleasant studio located in the resort of Nea Kallikratia, in Chalkidiki. It is situated 135 m from the beach and 300 m from the town centre, allowing guests to reach the sea and all the necessary amenities that complete a summer holiday within just a few minutes’ walk.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor and is suitable for a maximum of three adults. The studio consists of a single space combining the sleeping area and the kitchen, as well as a bathroom. In the sleeping area, guests have a sofa bed for two people and one single bed, providing comfortable accommodation for a small family or a couple.

The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with wireless WiFi internet access and one flat-screen TV. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and includes two hotplates, a small oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a smaller refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A hairdryer is also available to guests.

Outdoor enjoyment is further enhanced by a small, well-maintained and enclosed courtyard with a seating area, offering a peaceful space for relaxing in the fresh air and enjoying the pleasant summer atmosphere.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Bed linen and towel changes are not provided for reservations of ten days and shorter, while for stays longer than ten days guests are provided with a clean replacement set of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves.

Private parking is not available, and guests can park their vehicles along the street.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 2 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
