Accommodation description
**Pantelis Apartments consists of two apartments located on the first and second floor of the newly built building. Due to its quiet location and a small number of accommodation units, it’s most suitable for couples without children, and since the apartments are fully equipped, you will feel like at home. **
The accommodation is located in Nea Moudania, about 600m from the center and about 400m from the sandy beach. The nearest supermarket (Masoutis) is less than 100m away, the nearest bakery is at about 150m, while the nearest restaurant is 200m away.
Apartments (40m2) have a capacity for two adults and a child or 2+2 if the children are small, but as we have already said, they are best suited for two adults without children. Both apartments have internet, TV, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, hairdryer, mosquito nets, two terraces (in the front and in the back) and a tumble dryer. The first-floor apartment has a large stove, one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen, while the second-floor apartment has a mini-stove with oven, one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen. The auxiliary bed can be added in each apartment and a baby cot is available upon request. The bathrooms have a shower tub with a curtain.
The hygiene of the units during the stay is taken care of by the guests, who also replace towels and linen as needed (the owner leaves one spare set).
The accommodation has no private parking, but the car spot is easily located on the street in front.
