Hotel Description

Accommodation Anelia Sea View Villas offer outdoor pools, a courtyard and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free Wi-Fi.

Each maisonette has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second one with one double bed and a sofa for one person, and the third one with two singl beds. In the kitchen there is one more sofa for two persons.

Each unit has a patio, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Guests have at their disposal a large refrigerator, microwave oven, freezer, oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, mosquito nets, cot (on request) and a dining chair for babies.

Each maisonette has two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). Also, each maisonette has two balconies - one at the front and one at the back. All balconies facing the front have a view of the sea and the pool.

Maisonette number 3 has the largest pool, which is 1m deep in one part of the pool, and 2m in the other part. The remaining two maisonettes also each have a separate swimming pool with a depth of 1.40m, and there are deckchairs next to the swimming pool. In the yard there is a lawn, a table and chairs and a barbecue that is separate for each maisonette.

Guests take care of cleaning on their own. Change of towels and bed linen is not provided.

Small pets are allowed, with prior agreement.

Parking is guaranteed and is located within the plot.

You can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the pool even during the colder months.

Adults are considered to be persons older than years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
