Description
The traditional house Oikos Daretsou Apartments was built a long time ago, in 1886, and was used by the family of George Daretsou for more than 100 years. In was renovated recently, into two modern apartments.
Since it is positioned in the very center of the place, a large number of amenities are close to you, such as a bus station, a small shop, a cafe, a bakery and taverns.
At only 50 meters, there is the church of Agios Dimitrios, which is one of the oldest in the world and which we definitely recommend you to visit. It is known for its iconostasis made by a local monk in the 19th century. It is considered to be among the three best iconostasis in Greece.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
