Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The Halkidiki Beach Apartment is located in the picturesque town of Nea Moudania and represents the cultural, financial, and commercial center of the Halkidiki region and the Kassandra peninsula. The accommodation is 100m away from the nearest beach and beach bar, and 2km from the city center, which features a marina, a long sandy beach, a large number of cafes and restaurants, well-kept parks, a paved promenade, and various shops.
This apartment is situated on the ground floor and is intended to accommodate up to five adults, as it includes a double bed in one bedroom, either separate or joined twin beds in the other bedroom, as well as a sofa in the living room with a kitchen.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot can be added.
In this air-conditioned apartment, with an independent cooling unit in one bedroom and a fan in the living room and the other bedroom, guests have at their disposal a smart flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic glass hobs and a large oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an espresso and filter coffee machine.
During warm summer days, guests can spend their time on the veranda equipped with a seating set and an outdoor dining area.
Pets are allowed to stay in the accommodation only in the courtyard and under the condition that they are leashed.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, takes place once a week.
Parking for two cars in the courtyard is provided for guests.
The accommodation is located near a bar that features live music several times a week.The Halkidiki Beach Apartment is 52km away from Thessaloniki Airport and 4km from Nea Flogita.

Poštovani, Zainteresovani smo za ovaj smeštaj u periodu od 20.06-05.07.2025. godine. U pitanju su 3 odrasle osobe i 3 dece (4, 8 i 10 godina). Zanimaju nas informacije poput udaljenosti marketa, restorana kao i kakva je plaža kod smeštaja - pesak/šljunak, da li je slobodna plaža ili su lezaljke, da li je plićak postepen ili kreće brzo dubina, zbog dece.
