Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Argo Apartments is the accommodation across the sandy beach in Nea Potidea. They offer studios, apartments and maisonettes for 2-7 people, decorated in ethnic style, in a combination of wood and stone. Since the accommodation is located just steps from the beach, most balconies offer a very nice sea view.
The center of Nea Potidea is 500m away, while the nearest supermarket and bakery are at 300m.
The accommodation consists of two buildings. Studios and apartments in the first (front) building have a direct sea view.
Two quadruple studios are in the first building, while double (30m2) and triple (35m2) studios are in the second.
The apartments are located in both buildings. Quadruple apartments (45m2) have one bedroom and a possibility to add another single bed if needed. There's one quintuple duplex apartment (55m2) on the ground floor of the second building. All apartments have fully renovated bathrooms, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a hairdryer.
There are five maisonettes (80m2), two quadruple and three for a maximum of seven people. The maisonettes consist of four rooms (one can be locked if not required), i.e. three bedrooms.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet and mosquito nets, bedrooms with one double bed, equipped kitchens with a fridge, stove and microwave, and of course, the bathrooms with a shower (somewhere with a curtain, somewhere without). The accommodation units for a minimum of five people have two TV sets. If someone needs a safe box, please contact the owner who takes responsibility for the safekeeping. A hairdryer is available on request. Six apartments and two studios in the first building have a sea view, as well as two studios and two apartments on the last floor of the second building.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning, as well as towels and bed linen replacement, is performed after three nights.
There's also the possibility of accommodating people with disabilities. The accommodation units are six steps above the courtyard level.
Private parking is not provided, so guests can park nearby.

Poštovani, interesuje me dostupnost i cena apartmana u periodu između 5 i 10 jula, deset noćenja (datumi su fleksibilni, u slučaju da nemate u tom periodu, molim da mi napišete kada je dostupan apartman u julu mesecu) za dvoje odraslih i blizance od jedanaest godina. Takođe, interesuje me da li je aprtman pet friendly, imamo jazu od 6kg? Hvala unapred
