Our description
Eleftheria's Apartments accommodation is located in Nea Potidea, along the coast on the outskirts of the town. It can be a good choice for undemanding guests for whom proximity to the beach and isolation from noise are important when choosing a vacation spot.
The nearest non-organized beach is located just in front of the accommodation, while the city beach in Nea Potidea is 1.2 km away, and at the same distance you can find supermarkets, taverns and other contents that this town offers. The beach in front of the accommodation has sand in the shallows, and then stones as the depth increases, but twenty meters to the right of the accommodation begins a nicer part of the beach, with a sandy seabed.
It has three apartments, two five-bed and one six-bed.
The five-bed apartments are the same, with one located in the basement, while the other one is on the first floor. The living room with the kitchen has a sofa for two people, and the bedroom has a double bed. If necessary, the owners can insert an extra bed in the living room, however, this significantly reduces the space.
The six-bed apartment is located in the basement, in the living room there are two sofas for two people each, and in the bedroom there is a double bed.
Kitchens in all apartments are the same, they have a large fridge with freezer, a large stove and the necessary dishes. The kitchen in the six-bed apartment has a dining table and chairs.
The bathrooms have a shower tray with a curtain.
The apartments have a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, an iron, and guests can get a hair dryer and a baby cot on request.
Units do not have A/C.
The verandas in the basement units have a view of the yard, and the balcony of the apartment on the floor has a direct sea view.
Towels and bed linen are changed every three nights, and the guests themselves are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation units.
The accommodation has a small, fenced yard full of greenery, and private parking is provided for guests.
An outdoor shower and two barbecues are available to guests in the yard.
Eleftheria's accommodation can be a good choice for more modest guests for whom proximity to the beach is a more important element of their vacation.

Owners description
Eleftheria's Apartments is the accommodation at the outskirts of Nea Potidea. It's located on the beach (20m) and consists of three apartments.
Apartment no. 1 is for six persons and it's on the ground floor. It consists of a separate bedroom, the kitchen connected with a living room and a bathroom. There's one double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds for four in the living room.
Apartment no. 2 is on the ground floor and accommodates up to five persons. It has a bedroom with one double bed and a kitchen with a sofa bed for two, with an option to add one auxiliary bed for the fifth person.
Apartment no. 3 accommodates up to five persons, it's situated on the first floor and has a terrace with a sea view.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Mozete da mi proverite dostupnost od 29.07.na 10 noci.Treba mi 2 app,jedan sestokrevetni i 1 petokrevetni.Uzeli bi ova dva sto su u prizemlju. Cene smo videli na sajtu,samo bi zamolila i to da mi proverite.

Odlican apartman na kraju Nea Potidea-e. Privatan deo mora, lezalke i satori samo za nas. Bukvalno nas deo mora i raja. Puno senke, satori i mase u dvoristu, drvo iznad trece mase ispred dvorista. Ceo grad je - 10 min peske - dostupan. Parkiraliste samo za nas. Gazdarica (Elefterija) je tipicna dobrocudna tetka/baba - kao moje tetke. Gazda je tu kada ti treba, sve objasnava i pomaze. Super odmor, super lokacija. Jedan od redkih apartmana gde smo se potrudili da zapamtimo ime i telefon da bi dosli sledecu godinu. Toplo preporucujemo.

Mirno i tiho mesto, more je blizu; čim se izadje iz dvorišta pravo na plažu. Apartmani u prizemlju su solidni. Dvorište lepo i uredjeno sa stolom, stolicama i suncobranima tako da se može sedeti i napolju. Do obližnje prodavnice treba 10ak minuta pešaka. Apartmani imaju wi-fi. Ako volite da letujete na miru i bez guzve i buke ovo je odlično mesto.
