Beach Front Apartment is accommodation only 30m from the sandy beach in Nea Potidea. If you want to have a view of the sea from your living room, to be close to the beach, promenade and restaurants, then this is the accommodation you are looking for.

The nearest market is only ten meters away. The nearest restaurant is about 50m away.

The apartment, which is located on the second floor of a residential building, has two bedrooms and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children. In one bedroom there are two single beds, in the second bedroom there are two beds for one person, while in the living room there are two sofas for one person.

The air conditioner is in the living room, and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Guests of the accommodation have at their disposal a TV, internet, a bathroom with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.

The beach in front of the accommodation is mostly landscaped, and deckchairs and umbrellas can be used free of charge with the consumption of drinks from the bar, but there is enough space for those who want to use their own equipment.

The accommodation does not have private parking, so guests park their vehicles in the immediate vicinity.

Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Change of towels and bed linen is not provided.

Pets are allowed with prior agreement.

Beach Front Apartment is an excellent choice for families with children, as well as for couples and groups of friends.

The accommodation is excellent, the beach is right across the street, as stated, it is beautiful. Nea Potidea is the perfect place to relax with family.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Note - Minimum stay is 7 nights. - When arriving at the accommodation, it is necessary to leave a guarantee deposit in the amount of 100 euros, which is returned to the guests upon leaving the accommodation, if no damage has been caused.
