Mary’s One Studios is located in Argostoli, the largest and capital city of Kefalonia, the administrative and cultural center of the island. In the port, there is also one of the main tourist attractions of this place, the Caretta-Caretta turtles that you can observe daily from the shore, and nearby is the Saint Theodore Lighthouse, known as Fanari, as well as the beach of the same name, which is 2.3 km from the accommodation.

Studios intended for one person, located on the first and second floors, offer a bed for one person that is wider than the standard one.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be added.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
