Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 3€ per night and it is paid by the guests upon their arrival, along with the remaining balance of the reservation.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.05.2025 to 30.09.2025, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 7 euros per day is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
8 Boutique Suites, a luxury apartment complex with four stars, is located in the town of Nea Potidea on the Kassandra Peninsula, in a quiet area, 100 meters from the beach.
This accommodation offers apartments with one or two bedrooms, located on the ground floor and the first floor, designed to accommodate up to five adults, as well as a studio adapted for people with disabilities, located on the ground floor, which accommodates two adults.
All apartments have a sofa for two people in the living room (except for apartment No. 3, which has a sofa for one person) and a double bed in the bedroom, except for one apartment (No. 4), which has a double bed and a sofa for two children in the bedroom. Apartments with two bedrooms have two single beds in the second bedroom (which can be extended to accommodate two people).
The studio, equipped with a double bed, is also adapted for people with disabilities, in compliance with all EU regulations regarding accommodation for wheelchair users. From the entrance, door width, to the bathroom, everything has been carefully designed to ensure comfort and accessibility.
Upon request, a children's crib is available within the price.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with each living room and bedroom having an independent cooling unit, providing free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, and a modern kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster.
You can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea or the yard and pool, depending on the floor level, on the balcony or veranda, equipped with seating furniture, or in the yard, preparing a barbecue with family or friends.
The hosts have thought of every detail and made an effort to ensure that you create beautiful memories and leave with the best impressions, as well as return from your vacation well-rested and ready to face your daily obligations.
In the large, well-kept yard with a lawn and beautiful lights that make the evenings especially romantic, you will find plenty of amenities for both you and your children, whether you want to relax on loungers under umbrellas by the pool or swim in the pool, which is also adapted for the youngest.
Guests have access to free loungers and umbrellas by the pool.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Apartment cleaning during your stay, as well as the replacement of bed linens and towels, is done every two days.
For all guests, a parking space is provided within the yard. One parking space per accommodation unit.
