Description
Avenia Potidea Suite is located in Nea Potidea in Halkidiki and offers a beautiful maisonette ideal for six adults and two children.
The accommodation has two floors, one double bed, two singles, two bunk beds, as well as a sofa that can sleep two children.
The apartment is air-conditioned, offers free internet access, a flat-screen TV, and the windows are secured with mosquito nets. There is a possibility to get a free baby cot on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large oven with four burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster.
The accommodation has two bathrooms, both of which have a shower with a curtain. A hairdryer, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
Avenia Potidea Suite has three balconies. Parking is along the street. The guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation and a set of bed linen and towels are available, which they can change independently.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
