ND Apartment is located in the small resort of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, recommended for families with young children and couples in need of a peaceful vacation. The accommodation is 70m away from the beach.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes two single sofas.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

From the balcony, furnished with a seating set, there is a view of the street.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation at no extra cost.

Guests are provided with a private parking space.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, with a replacement set of towels and bed linen available (for reservations of 8 or more nights) for self-replacement. Additionally, an optional cleaning service is available for an extra charge.

ND Apartment is located 20km away from the popular resort of Kallithea, 8km from Nea Moudania, and 58km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

We, four adults, stayed in the period 19.06-29.06.2026. The accommodation is highly recommended. The owner is extremely kind and friendly, and is there for everything you need. Communication with him is through Viber. The accommodation is extremely clean and tidy, it smells nice, everything is new, and it is equipped with all the appliances and supplies needed in a household. As a welcome, there were 4 bottles of water, 2 cans of beer, 2 cans of juice in the fridge, and on the table a liter of white wine, salty and sweet biscuits. In the kitchen there were salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, literally everything you need so you do not have to go shopping right away. The kitchen is fully equipped, and absolutely nothing needs to be brought from home. Unfortunately, I mention this because in some accommodations you do not even have 4 glasses, while here you have everything as in your own home. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days, which you do yourself. The apartment is highly recommended, it looks much better in person than in the pictures. All praise for the owner, we felt very welcome in this apartment.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
