Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
FK House is located near the town of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in a quiet place, away from crowds and noise, it is ideal for maternity leave or friendly gatherings. You can enjoy the beautifully decorated yard, where there is a barbecue corner, as well as the balcony with an attractive view of nature and the surrounding area. The nearest beach is 900m from the accommodation.
This apartment, which is part of the house, is located on the upper ground floor and can host six adults. It has a living room with kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds.
In this air-conditioned facility, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
The apartment has a large balcony with a table and chairs. In front of the apartment, there is a landscaped yard with seating, as well as a barbecue area.
