Nea Potidea is a small, family-friendly resort without nightlife, recommended for those in need of true rest. The beach is sandy, wide, and long, with a gradual depth and shallow waters, making it suitable for children. It is the first place you encounter when entering the Kassandra Peninsula from Thessaloniki, and it is connected to Nea Moudania by a long sandy coastline that stretches along both sides of the peninsula.

The two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, while the living room features two single sofas.

This air-conditioned accommodation has an air conditioner in the living room, which is charged extra, and each bedroom is equipped with a fan. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, large oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
