Hotel Description
Avra Comfort Rooms is located in the small resort of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, 170 meters from the sandy beach. This accommodation perfectly combines comfort and privacy, creating a warm environment ideal for relaxation and enjoyment at any moment.
There are eight accommodation units available.
On the ground floor, there are five studios for two or four adults. The studios include a kitchen area and a bathroom. They can be double, with a French bed, or quadruple, with one French bed and two single beds.
On the first floor, there are two studios and one apartment for four adults. The studios consist of a bathroom and a kitchen with two French beds. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a French bed, as well as the living room.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
The air-conditioned units include a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a two-ring stove, a large fridge with a freezer, and a toaster.
From the veranda or balcony, furnished with a seating set, there is a view of the street and the surroundings.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always available parking space along the street in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Avra Comfort Rooms is located 19 km away from the popular resort of Kallithea, 8 km from Nea Moudania, while the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 57 km away.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
